Description
In this exercise I try to focus that player is in a stabile position all the time. That player is constantly moving and adjusting to the ball. Very important thing to mention is also that players upper body and shoulders are relaxed, only with shoulders and upper body relaxed we are able to accelerate underarm to play fast and quality ball.
