The Participation Program is a new pillar of the 2021-2024 ITTF Development Plan, which aims at providing opportunities and offering support to all the ITTF Member Associations in the implementation of relevant national development projects. Its main guiding principles are:

- Customized support based on Member Associations’ needs.
